Description

Abelia grandiflora is a graceful flowering shrub with bright, glossy green foliage on arching reddish canes. Clusters of fragrant white funnel-shaped flowers appear in summer. Use as a screen, hedge or specimen shrub in your landscape. Evergreen in temperatures above 15 F.

Plant care

Can be lightly pruned annually to keep flowing appearance or sheared harder for a more uniform hedge. Water regularly during the first year to aid the plant in establishing a strong root system, give it an All Purpose fertilizer in Spring.
