Description

This attractive clumping grass has a billowy, wispy appearance and is one of the finest textured ornamental grasses. The bright green upright leaves are so thin they have been described as “thread-like”. Soft, feathery plumes of greenish flowers bloom on arching stems in summer to late fall then mature to a golden color. Suitable for mass planting, containers, and erosion control. Very striking when backlit by the sun.
