30-Day FREE Plant Guarantee

We stand behind every plant we deliver and ship —guaranteeing it will arrive alive, healthy, and ready to flourish in your landscape. Our Guarantee includes a one-time replacement (excluding shipping costs) under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong plant was delivered 
  • Plants arrives dead or severely damaged 
  • Plants fail to establish upon planting

We will provide a one time replacement for circumstances as described above, with the customer 
paying the cost of redelivery (in California) or shipping (outside of California).

Our guarantee does not include the following:

• Items planted outside their recommended USDA hardiness zones

• Damages from neglect, improper watering, or incorrect planting

• Extreme weather events such as frost, hail, drought, or flooding

• Damage caused by animals, pests, or human activity

• Normal seasonal changes like leaf drop or minor cosmetic blemishes

How to File a Claim

• Snap a few photos showing the issue

• Contact us within the 30 days for a valid guarantee claim

• Include your order number and a short description

• We'll review and respond within 2 business days
