Our commitment to our customers is to deliver healthy, high quality plants.
Occasionally we will fall short of this standard, usually due to damage while in transit. For your protection, we will refund your money in full, or provide a replacement at our expense. Whichever you prefer!
We will honor this if plants arrive dead, unhealthy, or poor quality. In this instance, please notify us within 24 hours and include photos.
Care Instructions
If plants are not cared for properly after arrival, this is the customer’s responsibility. We include care instructions with all orders, but are not responsible for issues caused by lack of watering, improper planting, selection of items not appropriate for your Growing Zone, or other problems that develop subsequent to our delivery.
Dormancy
Many plants and trees naturally enter a period of dormancy during the fall and winter months. During dormancy, trees may lose their leaves, experience discoloration, or appear less active. These are normal and healthy parts of the plant’s natural growth cycle.
Dormancy does not indicate that a plant is unhealthy or poor quality. Plants will naturally resume active growth when seasonal conditions become favorable.
