About the Program
The Plants Express Delivery Notifications program ("Program") is operated by Plants Express ("we," "us," "our"). The Program sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have opted in at checkout on plantsexpress.com. The Program is operated using Twilio Inc.'s communications platform.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent box during checkout on plantsexpress.com and providing your mobile phone number. The SMS consent box is unchecked by default and opting in is fully optional — it is not a condition of purchase.
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Plants Express at the phone number provided, including delivery date notifications and updates. You confirm that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are at least 18 years old.
Types of Messages You Will Receive
The Program sends transactional messages only:
- An initial SMS confirming your scheduled delivery date
- A follow-up SMS only if your delivery date changes
We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages through this Program.
Sample Message
Plants Express: Hi Naomi, your order #1234 is scheduled for delivery on Fri, Mar 27. Need to reschedule? Reply CHANGE or call us. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on order activity. Most customers receive 1–2 messages per delivery order. Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the same effect. After you opt out, we will send one final SMS confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further Program messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers
Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost
The Program is free to join. However, message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Eligibility
The Program is available to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Privacy
We collect and use your phone number solely to send Program messages. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
