Quality Guarantee

We offer our “From Our Hands to Yours Guarantee” on everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of your plants or trees, at the time of delivery, you can choose to have them replaced at our expense. If you prefer, we will pick up the plants and provide you with a full refund (including any delivery charges). We require that you inspect your plants within 24 hours of receipt, and notify us immediately if something is unsatisfactory. For any return to be considered, it must be in its original container without ever having been removed.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team who are glad to assist.
