    If a tree or plant is damaged, does not arrive healthy, or if you receive the wrong size or product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. Please note that minor imperfections or natural changes, such as missing leaves, are part of a plant’s life cycle and are not considered damage. All items must remain in their original containers and in the same condition as received.

    Refunds or store credits are considered on a case-by-case basis. Issues must be reported and documented within 24 hours of delivery. We take every step to ensure your plants will be delivered in the appropriate quality for that season.
