Description

Abelia grandiflora is a graceful, flowering shrub with bright, glossy green foliage on arching reddish canes. Glossy Abelia has clusters of fragrant, white funnel-shaped flowers that appear in summer. Use as a screen, hedge or specimen shrub in your landscape. Evergreen in temperatures above 15 F.

Plant care

Can be lightly pruned annually to keep flowing appearance or sheared harder for a more uniform hedge. Water regularly during the first year to aid the plant in establishing a strong root system, give it an All Purpose fertilizer in Spring.
