Description

Euonymus japonicus 'Green Spire' (‘Greenspire’) is an excellent choice for a narrow evergreen hedge. Plants will grow vertically to make pillars that are up to six feet tall and one to two feet wide. It bears small, dark-green leaves all along the stems and will grow well in virtually any soil type with supplemental irrigation.

Plant care

Requires soil with good drainage. Water regularly after planting until roots are established then reduce frequency. Fertilize in early spring. Prune as needed to maintain desired shape. Provide afternoon shade in in hot inland climates.
