    Description

    The blazing red new growth of these densely foliaged, evergreen shrubs is definitely eye-catching. The young bronzy-red foliage matures into a rich dark green. The elliptic, shiny leaves are finely serrated and leathery. Flattened clusters of small white flowers appear in spring and contrast nicely with foliage. Use Photinia x fraseri as a specimen shrub, or shape into a single-stemmed tree.

    Plant Care

    Plant in well-draining soil in an area with good air-circulation. Water regularly during the first year to aid the plant in establishing a strong root system, frequency can be cut back once established. Fertilize annually and prune to shape.
