    Description

    Thymus serpyllum 'Elfin' is an evergreen, tight mat-forming miniature thyme with tiny oval aromatic leaves of grey-green. Seldom blooming, the small, pale pink flowers appear in summer. Use between stepping stones or in rock gardens.

    Plant care

    This plant can handle most other soil types but prefers neutral to slightly alkaline, well-draining soil. Can be planted up to a foot and a half apart or closer for a faster, fuller effect. Fertilize with an all purpose fertilizer in the spring.
