    Description

    Magenta Rock Rose is a low-growing, wide-spreading, dense, evergreen shrub with resinous, thick greyish-green leaves. With its vibrant magenta-pink flowers and showy sunny-yellow stamens, Cistus x pulverulentus 'Sunset' is an attractive groundcover that is low maintenance and drought resistant. Plant on banks, slopes, or in rock gardens. Tolerates heat and salt spray.

    Plant Care

    This plant can grow in most soils, as long as it’s well-draining. Water regularly and deeply during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system. Drought tolerant when established. Fertilize in early spring.
