A handsome warm-season, Lindheimer's Muhly Grass is finely textured clumping grass with soft, narrow and arching blue-green foliage. Persistent, arching amber-colored flower spikes rise 2 ft. above the foliage in fall. The attractive tall, sturdy, clumps look best in perennial borders, groupings, or on slopes. Native to Mexico & Texas this grass is winter dormant in colder climates, semi-dormant in mild climates. Best with regular water but will tolerate drought.
