Lavandula x ginginsii 'Goodwin Creek Grey' is an attractive long-lived, drought-tolerant, vigorous hybrid lavender. This silvery-grey dense shrub has soft thick leaves with toothed margins. Slender spikes of lavender-blue flowers bloom on stems of variable lengths summer through winter in milder climates. Goodwin Creek Grey Lavender grows well in heat and full sun and looks great in containers, borders, or rock gardens.
Plant in lean, slightly-alkaline, well-draining soil. Water regularly during the first year to aid the plant in establishing a strong root system, frequency can be cut back once established. Shear plant about half-way down after flowering to promote reblooming and to keep it bushy.
