Description

Rhaphiolepis umbellata 'Minor' is the ideal utility plant. Compact and slow growing, Dwarf Yeddo Hawthorn can easily be shaped into a low or medium sized formal hedge or mass plant and allow to grow naturally for dense border or barrier. The small, glossy, rounded to oval leaves cluster at branch terminals. New growth is copper colored. White flowers appear in spring.


Plant care

Plant in well-draining soil. Water regularly after planting to establish roots then reduce frequency. Fertilize in the spring and prune to shape.
