Description

Cedrus deodara adds drama to the landscape with its large pyramidal shape and graceful arching branches of soft green leaves. Deodar Cedar is a fast-growing evergreen tree that is heat, wind, and drought tolerant when established. Use as a privacy screen, windbreak, or focal point in the garden.

Plant care

Grows in a wide range of soil types but best in well-drained, acidic, moist loam soil. Water deeply and regularly to establish a strong, extensive root system. Reduce frequency once established.
