Terms and Conditions


Immediately after checkout, we begin to fulfill and schedule your home delivery. At that time your card is pre-authorized for payment. We begin to locate, pick, and pack your order within an hour of order placement. As such, any item changes, order adjustments or cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee (based on order value) will be applied on all order cancellations. Once your order is out for delivery, no changes can be made and the order cannot be cancelled.


Within the first five days of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at 888-444-1126. If a return is authorized, a restocking fee may apply depending on communication with our customer service team. They will assess your pickup location, item(s) condition (via photo) and best outcome for all parties. Because plants are perishable, once an item(s) is removed from the container, and or planted, no returns will be allowed.


For many orders over $449 we are happy to deliver to your home free of charge. For orders below $449, we charge a single $85 delivery charge. In some instances—for remote locations—additional delivery fees may apply. Please call for additional details and questions you may have regarding delivery fees to your home.
